KODAK BioMax Cassette
Designed to maximize image resolution and background clarity by insuring intimate contact between the film and sample in a light-tight environment. KODAK BioMax Cassette is available with one BioMax MS intensifying screen mounted inside of the cassette or by itself. When using the BioMax Cassette for low temperature exposures (-70C), allow the autoradiography cassette to warm to ambient temperature prior to opening to prevent condensation-related artifacts from forming and any damage to the cassette hinge.

BioMax MS Screen – This Intensifying screen is optimized for use with BioMax MS film to maximize sensitivity for detection of 32P & 125I labeled samples.
KODAK-SIS has recently introduced an innovative intensifying screen system called the BioMax TranScreen system. This system solves the problem of the film attenuating the beta particle before it reaches the intensifying screen.
- BioMax TranScreen-LE– Designated for use with Low Energy (LE) beta emitters such as 35S, 14C, 33P and even 3H.
- BioMax TranScreen-HE– Designated for use with High Energy (HE) beta emitters such as 32P & 125I
KODAK LED Safelight
Designed to replace conventional filtered incandescent safelights, the KODAK LED Safelight is comprised of a cluster of 20 light-emitting diodes (LED’s) in the film-safe red spectrum, arrayed on a traditional light bulb housing. Simply screw into a standard light socket and enjoy the simplicity and benefits immediately! The LED Safelight is self-contained, installs in seconds and is warranted for three years of maintenance-free performance. Use with Autoradiography films, Electron Micrography films, and KODAK NTB Liquid Emulsion.
